This sale will take place on the bidspotter.com webiste and subject to PPL’s full terms of sale. The following will highlight key terms of sale…

- INSPECTION: Wednesday, December 13, from 9am to 4pm or by appointment only.
- PAYMENT DEADLINE: Invoices will be provided within 24 hours of the auction and are due upon receipt.
- PAYMENT FORMS: Payments are accepted in the form of wire transfer, cashiers’ check, money order, cash or company check with acceptable bank letter of guarantee. All payments are to be arranged directly with PPL Group.
- BUYER’S PREMIUM: An 18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the price of each item. Auctioneer is solely an Agent of the bankruptcy estate; the charge of a buyers’ premium is for the benefit of the estate and shall not imply an agency relationship between buyer and Auctioneer
- SALES TAX: Local sales tax will be assessed on the purchase price plus buyers’ premium, unless you provide acceptable evidence of sales tax exemption..
- REMOVAL: Arrangements for removal of purchased items will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Removal will take place during the following dates and times:
  - Wed, 12/20 – Fri, 12/22 (8:00 am – 4:00 pm) CLOSED SUNDAY
  - CLOSED 12/23 thru 12/26
  - Wed, 12/27- Wed 1/10 (8:00 am – 4:00 pm) CLOSED SUNDAY
