The following highlights key sale terms and identifies sale specific terms. The following will highlight key buyer respsonsibilities; however, for full buyer terms of sale, please see the bidding site.
- INSPECTION: Tuesday, December 2 from 10am to 4pm
- PAYMENT DEADLINE: All payments are due by upon receipt of Invoice and no later than 5:00 pm on the day following the auction;
- PAYMENT METHODS: We require all bills to be paid by wire transfer; however, we will accept credit cards up to $5,000 subject to a 4% convenience fee. Wire transfer instructions will be provided with your paid invoice.
- BUYER’S PREMIUM: An 18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the price of each item.
- SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax (based on the purchased item’s location) will be assessed on the purchase price plus buyers’ premium, unless you provide acceptable evidence of sales tax exemption.
- REPRESENTATIONS: We do our best to provide information that will help Buyers to make purchase decisions, including indicating damage on items where known; however we do not guarantee descriptions or conditions. Further, neither Auctioneer or Seller makes any representation, guarantee or warranty as to the provenance, authenticity or operability of any items offered for sale. If you are uncertain about an item, do not bid. All Items are sold ‘As-Is, Where-Is’, with all faults and without recourse. Buyer assumes all risks, and all sales are final. Note that all items are subject to prior sale and Auctioneer and Seller reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time.
- REMOVAL: Buyers are responsible to make arrangements for items to be removed during posted times. For assistance with shipping or rigging, please see our list of unaffiliated, 3rd party rigger and shippers. Buyers must bring all materials, carts and manpower necessary to remove their purchases from where the items sit and used licensed and insured riggers for installed items; we do not offer any loading or shipping services.

- Smalls (tools, support equipment, small machines): 12/8 – 12/10 from 9am to 4pm
- Major Machinery: 12/8 – 12/13 from 9am to 4pm
- INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Any buyer or buyer representative picking up items which require dismantling, rigging, utility disconnection, forklift or other machinery use onsite, etc., will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance with the following limits: General Liability 1M per occurrence / 2M aggregate; Umbrella 2M per occurrence / 2M aggregate; Auto 1M (owned/non-owned/hired); Workman’s Compensation Liability at statutory limits, and name the following parties as additional insured: Accurate Machining, ThreeSixty Asset Advisors, LLC. See links on this page for Bidder or Rigger Insurance Requirement/Agreement. These documents include the full insurance requirements and require a signature prior to removal.
