This sale will take place on the Equipnet.com webiste and subject to Equipnet’s terms of sale.  The following will highlight key terms of sale…

• INSPECTION: Available at Certain Locations by Appointment Only 
• PAYMENT DEADLINE: All payments are due by upon receipt of Invoice and no later than 12/5 at 5:00 pm ET;
• PAYMENT FORMS: Payments are accepted in the form of cashiers’ check, wire transfer or credit card.  Credit card payments are limited to $10,000;
• BUYER’S PREMIUM: An 19% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the price of each item. Auctioneer is solely an Agent of the bankruptcy estate; the charge of a buyers’ premium is for the benefit of the estate and shall not imply an agency relationship between buyer and Auctioneer
• SALES TAX: Local sales tax will be assessed on the purchase price plus buyers’ premium, unless you provide acceptable evidence of sales tax exemption..  
• REMOVAL: Arrangements for removal of purchased items will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Removal will take place during the following dates and times:
  • Canton, MA – Tue – Thu, Dec 5 – 7
  • Walnut Creek, CA – Tue – Thu, Dec 5 – 7
  • Placentia, CA – Tue – Thu, Dec – 7 – 9
  • Long Beach, CA – Tue – Thu, Dec – 5 – 6
  • Las Vegas, NV – Tue – Thu, Dec – 5 – 7
    (Shelving – lots 5273-5276 and Material Handling – lots 5261, 5266 & 5267, removal – Dec 8 only)
  • Tukwila, WA – Mon – Wed, Dec 11 – 13
• BUYERS MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING TO REMOVAL:
  • Any materials, carts and manpower necessary to remove their purchases from where the items sit; we do not offer any loading or shipping services. 
  • Download list of 3rd Party Shipper Referrals Above;
  • ID that matches the name on the invoice.  
• REPRESENTATIONS: Descriptions are offered as a guide only.  We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy; some incidental damages may not be identified in the catalog.  Buyer is responsible to inspect items or assume all risks.  All Items are sold ‘As-Is, Where-Is’, With all faults and without recourse. All Sales are Final. Some items may be subject to 3rd Party Claim and Removal from the Sale.  Also note that all lots expressly exclude any chemicals that may be considered hazardous or a controlled substance; while Auctioneer has made every effort to exclude such items in preparing the assets for sale, under no circumstance should a bidder consider such items (if visible in a lot’s photo) as part of the sale, and nor should a buyer consider such items included in a lot if present during removal.
