AUCTION CALENDAR

(2) BANKRUPTCY ORDERED SALES

Everything Sold without Reserve

On May 19, 2022, ThreeSixty Asset Advisors and John Moran Auctioneers (360Moran) conducted a sale of furniture, furnishings and art of Antiquarian Traders by order of the United States Bankruptcy Court. The sale featured approximately 500 lots from the insolvent company’s 20,000 square foot warehouse in South Gate, California.

Subsequent to that sale, 360Moran received an offer to purchase all inventory which was not included in the auction.

That offer has been submitted to the bankruptcy court for approval, and a hearing has been set for July 13, 2022.

Based on bankruptcy court procedures, the sale is subject to overbid by any qualified party wishing to match the sale terms and exceed the bid by the minimum allowable increment. Interested parties may download a copy of the bankruptcy sale motion detailing the terms of the transaction and overbid procedures here.

The inventory includes furniture, furnishings, rugs, art, stained glass, lighting fixtures and decorative items of a wide variety of styles and eras. For more information, please send inquiries to support@360moran.com.

Terms of Sale - Highlights

The following highlights key sale terms and identifies sale specific terms, which are also detailed on the LiveAuctioneers site. These, along with our General Terms & Conditions of Sale comprise the Complete Terms of Sale. To confirm your responsibilities as a buyer, please review the items below and view or download the General Terms & Conditions of Sale.

  • BIDDING: Bidding occurs per the increment table accessible on the Live Auctioneers website. You may review the bid history on an item at any time. Note that if a high bid equal to your high bid is awarded to another bidder, this means they submitted a maximum bid for the same amount prior to your bid submittal.
  • QUANTITIES: Please note that some lots may have multiple pieces. The bid price you submit will be a lump sum for the entire lot, inclusive the entire quantity described.
  • REPRESENTATION: We do our best to provide information that will help Buyers to make purchase decisions, including indicating damage on items where known; however we do not guarantee descriptions and conditions. If you are uncertain about an item, do not bid. This is a bankruptcy ordered sale, and as such, all Items are sold ‘As-Is, Where-Is’, with all faults and without recourse. All Sales are Final.
  • SHIPPING: Shipping is NOT provided by Sales Agent. SEE PICKUP/REMOVAL BELOW
  • PAYMENTS: All payments are due upon receipt of Invoice, which will be emailed within 24 hours of the auction. Invoices less than $10,000 will be immediately charged to the credit card on file, unless you notify us by email at support@360assetadvisors.com that you wish to pay by ACH bank payment or wire transfer. All balances over $10,000 or buyers wishing to pay by ACH bank payment or wire transfer must do so within 72 hours of the auction. You will find a “Pay Now” option on your invoice which provides an ACH option, or can contact our office for wire transfer instructions. We do not accept payments onsite. Bills must be settled prior to removal. Note that ACH payments can take 3-5 days to clear; purchases may not be removed until cleared. In the event an invoice remains unsettled after the payment deadline, we reserve the right to charge that card for the outstanding amount or 25% as liquidated damages and resell the items on the invoice.
  • BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 25% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the price of each item.

In addition to the collection or retention of Buyer’s deposit, Auctioneer may report Buyer’s failure to perform on its obligations to the LiveAuctioneers rating system impacting Buyer’s future ability to participate in future LIveAuctioneers auctions.
