PLUS… COPPER BUS, TOTES OF NICKEL, COMPRESSORS, BOILERS, PALLET RACKING AND MORE!
ABOUT: Dynaflex Products acquired a complete electroplating facility originally built by Jessup Engineering for Markland Industries, Inc., a long-established decorative plating operation. The plant was de-installed and relocated for a new operation that never entered production. Rising electrical demand from nearby data centers meant the site could never secure the power required to operate, and the project is now being liquidated. Nearly $4 million was invested in acquisition, de-installation, re-engineering and refurbishment. Nothing has been installed or run since. All equipment has been professionally cleaned and decommissioned, and held in indoor storage.
